This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and statutory withdrawal rights are handled for Beamiro (the “Service”). It should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Beamiro is distributed via the Chrome Web Store under the listing names “Whatsapp Bulk Message” and “Bulk Whatsapp Sender”. Both listings refer to the same Service operated by PayForSay, and this Refund Policy applies to both equally.

Beamiro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with WhatsApp, WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their affiliates.

1. Merchant of Record

1.1. Payments for the Service are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record unless otherwise stated at checkout.

1.2. Lemon Squeezy may be responsible for checkout, payment processing, tax calculation and collection, receipts/invoices, payment-related refunds, chargebacks, and payment compliance under its own terms and policies.

1.3. PayForSay provides the software license and Service. PayForSay does not store full payment card numbers.

2. What You Are Buying

2.1. You are purchasing a subscription license to use a digital software service, not a physical product. Access is made available immediately or shortly after purchase, subject to successful payment, activation, and technical availability.

3. No Voluntary Refunds

3.1. We do not offer voluntary refunds once a subscription has been activated, access has been made available, or the Service has been used.

3.2. Refunds may still be provided where required by applicable law, where Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record determines that a refund is necessary, or where PayForSay expressly approves a refund in writing at its sole discretion.

3.3. Subscription fees are charged for access to the Service, not for a guaranteed number of delivered, read, or successful WhatsApp messages.

4. EU / EEA Consumer Withdrawal Rights

4.1. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.

4.2. Because the Service is a digital service/digital content subscription made available online, this right may be lost where permitted by law if, before access begins, you expressly request immediate access/performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital service begins.

4.3. To rely on this exception, the checkout flow should include an express consent and acknowledgment checkbox such as:

I request immediate access to the digital service and agree that performance begins immediately after purchase. I acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital service begins.

4.4. If this consent/acknowledgment is not properly collected where required, mandatory consumer withdrawal rights may still apply.

4.5. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory consumer law.

5. Cancellations

5.1. You may cancel your subscription to stop future renewals through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, checkout/account tools, or another cancellation process made available to you.

5.2. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period, unless required by law or approved by Lemon Squeezy or PayForSay.

5.3. If your WhatsApp number/account is blocked, limited, suspended, banned, or otherwise affected by WhatsApp, Meta, browser providers, recipients, regulators, or other third parties, you remain responsible for cancelling your subscription if you no longer wish to use the Service.

6. WhatsApp Account Blocks, Bans, and Restrictions

6.1. We do not control WhatsApp, Meta, browser providers, recipient devices, telecom networks, or platform enforcement.

6.2. Blocking, limitation, suspension, banning, reduced deliverability, warnings, restrictions, or other actions affecting your WhatsApp account, phone number, device, browser profile, or business account are not, by themselves, defects in the Service and are not grounds for a refund, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

6.3. You are responsible for using the Service lawfully, obtaining recipient consent, complying with WhatsApp/Meta rules, monitoring complaints, and stopping or cancelling the Service if you no longer wish to continue.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Subject to mandatory law, refunds are not provided for:

  • failure to cancel before renewal;
  • change of mind after activation or use;
  • lack of recipient response;
  • low delivery, read, or conversion rates;
  • WhatsApp/Meta bans, blocks, restrictions, warnings, or account limitations;
  • browser, device, network, recipient, platform, or third-party issues outside our control;
  • violations of our Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy;
  • inability to use the Service due to unlawful or non-compliant recipient lists or campaigns;
  • partial use of a billing period;
  • price differences caused by country, currency, tax, promotion, or checkout settings.

8. Mandatory Statutory Rights and Digital-Service Conformity

8.1. This policy does not limit mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under EU, Slovak, or other applicable consumer law, including statutory remedies for lack of conformity of digital content or digital services.

8.2. If the Service materially fails to function as described and mandatory law requires a remedy, we may first try to bring the Service into conformity within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you. Where applicable law requires a refund, price reduction, termination right, or other remedy, we will handle the request in accordance with mandatory law and Lemon Squeezy’s Merchant of Record process.

8.3. This section does not create a voluntary refund right for WhatsApp/Meta restrictions, third-party platform changes, recipient non-response, failure to cancel before renewal, or other non-refundable situations listed above.

9. How to Request a Refund Where Mandatory Law Applies

9.1. If you believe a refund is required by mandatory law, contact us at info@beamiro.com and include:

  • the email used for purchase;
  • Lemon Squeezy order ID or subscription ID;
  • purchase date;
  • reason for the request;
  • your country of residence;
  • any relevant screenshots or documents.

9.2. We may redirect payment-related requests to Lemon Squeezy because Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record.

9.3. Approved refunds are usually submitted to the payment processor within 10 business days after approval, but actual bank/card settlement times depend on Lemon Squeezy, payment networks, banks, and payment methods.

10. Chargebacks and Abuse

10.1. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, access to the Service may be suspended while the dispute is investigated.

10.2. Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith refund requests may result in refusal of future service, suspension, or termination, subject to mandatory law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. The policy in effect at the time of purchase may apply to that purchase unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
