What "bulk" really means on WhatsApp
Bulk sending does not mean posting to a group. It means sending the same message individually to many people, so each person gets a private one-to-one chat and never sees the other recipients. This feels personal and avoids the noise and opt-outs that groups create.
WhatsApp itself offers broadcast lists for this, but they are capped at 256 saved contacts and only reach people who have saved your number. A dedicated tool removes those limits and the manual work.

A note on safety
Any bulk sending carries some risk of a WhatsApp block. Delays, message variation and a clean, opted-in list reduce that risk, but nothing removes it entirely. Our guide on sending without getting banned covers this in depth.
Honest reminder: no tool can promise "100% safe". You stay in control of volume, content and who you contact.
