Format your spreadsheet
A clean sheet prevents most sending errors. Use one column purely for phone numbers, and separate columns for each personalization field.
Phone column: digits with country code, no spaces, plus signs or dashes
One column per field: name, city, order number, etc.
A header row is fine — you will map it during import
Remove blank rows and obvious duplicates
Import and send
1
Open WhatsApp Web
Sign in with the number you want to send from and open Beamiro.
2
Import from Excel
Choose Import from Excel and select your .xlsx or .csv file.
3
Map columns
Point the tool to the phone column and match the rest to variables.
4
Compose with variables
Write "Hi {{name}} from {{city}}" so each row becomes a personal message.
5
Pace and send
Pick a delay, then start; track progress as messages go out.
Common mistakes to avoid
Missing country codes — numbers without them often fail
Formatting a phone column as a number (Excel can drop leading zeros) — use text
Sending the exact same text — add variables and spintax
Skipping list cleanup — validate that numbers are on WhatsApp first
