Variables pull data from your imported columns into each message. Write "Hi {{name}}, your order for {{city}} is on the way" and every recipient sees their own details. This is the baseline of good bulk messaging — generic blasts get ignored and reported.
Spintax: variation that looks human
Spintax lets you define choices inline. Write {Hi|Hello|Hey} {{name}}, {hope you’re well|quick note}! and the tool randomly picks one option from each set per send. The meaning stays the same, but the exact words differ every time.
Why it matters: sending the identical string to hundreds of people is one of the clearest spam signals. Variation reduces that signal and makes your outreach read more naturally.
